BUSINESS LOAN FUND

The CDBG loan derives its name and funding from the Community Development Block Grant fund. The purpose of a CDBG business loan is to provide low interest financing to businesses located in Montgomery County, outside the cities of Dayton and Kettering, with funds for building and land purchases, building construction or renovations, and equipment purchases.
