Typically, a 504 project includes a loan from a private-sector lender covering up to 50 percent of the project cost, a loan from the County Corp covering up to 40 percent of the cost, and a contribution of at least 10 percent equity from the small business being helped.

Regional 166 Info

The typical loan structure involves a third-party lender loan at 50 percent of the total project cost, a loan from CountyCorp at 40 percent of the total project cost, and a 10 percent equity contribution from the business being helped.

CountyCorp is the only Dayton-based lender able to combine the SBA 504 and Regional 166 loan programs.
