CountyCorp offers a variety of financing options for your home improvement needs:

Major Home Improvement loan - provides loans with variable rates and terms, depending on the size of the family and income. The owner must occupy the home and have sufficient income to repay the loan. The maximum major home improvement loan amount is $30,000.

Avondale Home Repair Loans - provides financial assistance to improve the housing conditions for residents in the Avondale and Woodman 35 neighborhoods in the City of Riverside . These funds are provided as a five-year forgivable loan. As long as the owner occupies the home, no payment is required. Each year 20% of the loan is forgiven until, at the end of five years, the balance is forgiven in full.

Lifetime Loan - provides zero percent interest loans to low-income homeowners over 65 years of age. The applicants' total household income cannot exceed 50% of the area median income based on family size. A small monthly payment is required. The maximum amount for the Lifetime Loan is $30,000.

Emergency Assistance - provides grants and loans to correct housing conditions that constitute a dire threat to the health and safety of the residents. Up to $3,500 is available for low-income homeowners whose income does not exceed 50% of the area median income based on family size. To qualify, the home must be owner occupied. A $25.00 per month minimum payment is required.

Access Loan - provides funds to make homes more accessible for individuals with documented disabilities. The Access Loan funds are used to remove barriers in the home that inhibit the mobility of the individual. Typically, the program funds exterior ramps, roll-in showers and grab bars, and widening of doorways. The household income must not exceed 80% of the area median income based on family size.
