CountyCorp develops affordable rental opportunities to meet a variety of needs and incomes.
We currently own housing in the cities of Riverside, Trotwood, Huber Heights, and in Harrison Township. CountyCorp screens tenants for eligibility which includes a review of credit and background reports. Tenants must not exceed required income levels to qualify for the unit. Typically, the tenants must be below either 50% or 60% of the area median income based on household size. Our rental properties are single-family homes, condominiums, and low-density mutli-family units. We also work with households who need accommodations due to a disability or handicap. Many of our units meet or can be modified to visitability standards. We offer amenities such as central air and off street parking, and most are located within close proximity to public transportation. Please contact CountyCorp at (937) 531-7028 for more information and available units.
Some rental units are reserved for permanent supportive housing. CountyCorp partners with agencies, such as Miami Valley Housing Opportunities or The Other Place to help families maintain their self-sufficiency. The Other Place provides case management to households who may be homeless as a result of foreclosure, job loss, or a disability. Goodwill Easter Seals may be available to provide job readiness training and placement services. For information about our permanent supportive units, contact The Other Place at (937) 630-3999.
