CountyCorp was founded as the private non-profit development corporation for Montgomery County, Ohio. Over time our role has changed due to the needs of our greater community. Our mission today is to improve the quality of life for residents of Montgomery and neighboring counties through improved housing and economic development opportunities.

Working Capital Loans

CountyCorp Development has the ability to assist certain businesses with their working capital needs. Through our CDBG and Child Day Care loan programs we have the ability to provide this assistance to help qualifying businesses located in Montgomery County to finance their growth.

Through our CDBG program, we can finance up to $100,000 for working capital for the growth of the business. The Child Day Care loan program provides a maximum of $25,000 to be used for licensed day care providers within Montgomery County.
