Alfred has over 28 years experience in the finance, insurance and mortage industries giving him a unique perspective. Alfred has spearheaded the community outreach initiative that is now as the HomeSaver and off of that success and working as part of an effort led by Montgomery County Treasurer Carolyn Rice and supported by the County Courts system, has broadened our programming to include the management of the foreclosure mediation program within Montgomery County. Alfred is specifically responsible for managing The Housing Source mortgage relief and foreclosure intervention services offered by County Corp.
